A handy prioritizing assessment to help improve your work efficiency!
While I've been using the pomodoro technique for time management for several years now, I found the assessment to be really helpful for determining what things to spend those precious tomatoes on, and which to drop.
How does it work? It's pretty easy~
Everything is divvied up into 5 values depending on:
1. How much time you spend (in 1/2 hour increments)
2. How valuable it is
3. How important it is to get it done TODAY
4. How much you like doing it
5. Whether you can you pawn it off on someone else.
Then it spits out a colorful plot map that allows you to visualize how much time you're spending on things that do and don't matter.
I just wish it would let you choose more than 5 tasks... I have like a gazillion right now.
